DESCRIPTION

High Performance PVC free pigment printing base for white and pastel shade or dark fabric using the discharge process.

FEATURES

• High Productivity, high speed ink system with excellent open time and allows for multicolour printing without the need to flash every colour.

• Exceptional and pleasent hand-feel, matte finish and tack free film surface.

• Can be used in Rotary printing.

RECOMMENDED PRINTING TECHNIQUES

• Images area should be filled with ink.

• Leave Images area flooded to prevent drying in the screen.

• For extended non-printing times, mist with a spray of water to prolong wetness of ink.

• Washing the garment is the best test for complete fusion.

• Cure print at 160^o to 170^o C for 120-150 seconds.

APPLICATION

Mix pigment/fluorescent concentrate upto 10% by weight print through 86-230 mc.in (34-90 mc. cm) mesh range. Tack free formulation allows increased coverage finer mesh counts may be used for softer hand with minimum loss of colour brilliance. mix colors according to the desired colour formula for the best results.
