DISCHARGE 161-W
PVC-Free discharge ink free of heavy metals, APEOS, organotin compound.
Can be achieved off-white, white and bright pastel shades with soft hand feel
on good dischargeable fabrics.
DESCRIPTION
Discharge soft touch JM 161W is versatile product. It can be printed straight
from the bucket with or without activator base on customer fabric quality &
print requirement, print this as under base, over print with mixing JM-161W &
discharge clear add required pigment concentrate.
Cure at 160° -170° for 120 to 150 seconds.
APPLICATION
Mix soft touch JM -161 W with 4 to 6 % DC agent (Discharge Activator). Mix it
properly to get good white discharge print. This mixed paste can we used as
under base white on dischargeable fabric and over print with 4 colours. CMYK
print to get bright print with excellent soft hand feel. Pot life of discharge with
activator is 6 to 8 of hours, print fabric cure at 160° -170° for 120 to 150
seconds.
PRINTING TECHNIQUE

Use minimum squeegee pressure to transfer ink.

Use medium hard squeegee (60-65 hardness)

Print through 120 to 180 mc in (48 to 72 mc cm )
